Computational I-O

Edited by Alan Hutson The JITC series “Computational Immuno-Oncology” aims to provide clarity and guidance regarding the discourse on data science technologies and analyses among researchers and clinicians, and serve as an impetus for translational immunotherapy research. Comprised of several expert-opinion focused reviews, this series also imparts perspective on the computational challenges of analyzing and integrating diverse assay data across the spectrum of immuno-oncology, while providing both a historical view and look into the future of computational science in the I-O field. JITC is pleased to present this series as an expansion of the topics and concepts presented in the SITC-NCI Computational Immuno-Oncology Webinar Series organized by the SITC Big Data and Data Sharing Committee. Check the collection throughout 2024 for new publications.
